Who it is for

Two kinds of planner sit in this room.

Those entering the industry who want to start with a method rather than assemble one over ten years of expensive mistakes. And established planners moving into luxury, where the work stops being about logistics and starts being about how a room feels.

Curriculum

Built on the four principles.

01

Meaning before aesthetics

How to interrogate a brief until you find what the day is actually about, and how to make every subsequent decision answer to that. Includes the discovery questions we ask, and the ones we never ask.

02

Invisible excellence

Run sheets, timelines, contingency and load-in. The unglamorous half of the work, taught properly — because this is what separates a planner who is trusted from one who is merely liked.

03

Undivided attention

How to structure a business so you can genuinely give each client your full attention: how many events a year, when to hire, when to say no, and how to price so that saying no is survivable.

04

Calm leadership

How to hold a room when something has gone wrong. Clients borrow your confidence — this module is about having some to lend, and about the specific behaviours that transmit it.

05

The business underneath

Pricing, proposals, contracts, supplier relationships and the client journey from first enquiry to the anniversary gift. The commercial architecture that lets the craft exist.

Dates & booking

Small intakes, announced ahead.

Intakes are deliberately small so every planner in the room gets time on their own work. Dates and locations are announced to the waitlist first.
