Guest relations training
Service can be taught. Most places never try.
Cléo Rome was built out of years leading guest experience in luxury hospitality. The moments that stay with people aren’t accidental — they come from genuine hospitality, meaningful detail and calm execution behind the scenes.
All of that is teachable. This is that expertise, delivered to the people on your floor rather than kept in a consultant’s report.
The programme
Four modules, delivered on your floor.
01Reading a room
How to see what a guest needs before they ask, and how to tell the difference between someone who wants attention and someone who wants to be left alone. The single skill that separates good service from exceptional service.
02The language of service
What to say, what never to say, and how to say no without it landing as a refusal. Includes the phrasing that quietly signals a house knows what it is doing.
03Recovery & repair
What happens when something goes wrong — because it will. How to absorb it, what to offer, when to escalate, and how to leave a guest better disposed than before the problem occurred.
04Holding the standard
The part most training skips. How a standard survives turnover, a full calendar and the nights nobody is watching. Written down, made checkable, and owned by someone by name.
In your venue
Delivered in your own rooms, with your own team, against your own service standards. Half-day and full-day formats, scheduled around your calendar rather than ours.
As a retainer
Training plus a review cadence across the year, so new staff receive the same grounding and the standard doesn’t drift once the initial attention fades.
