The closed circle

Every Cléo Rome event is built alongside the same suppliers, venues and contractors. The circle is closed deliberately, and it is small.
It matters to you for one reason: on your day, nobody is working together for the first time. The florist knows how the lighting designer works. The venue knows our run sheet before it arrives. Problems get solved between suppliers without ever reaching you — which is most of what “it felt effortless” actually means.

Joining
The circle opens rarely.
We add to the Family when there is a genuine gap, and we take a long time over it. If you are a supplier, venue or craftsperson whose work belongs here, we would like to know about you — with the honest caveat that most conversations do not end in an invitation.
