02Run sheet & timeline
The document everything else hangs from. Built backwards from the moments that matter, tested against real load-in times, and distributed to everyone who needs it in the form they will actually read.
03On-site direction
On the ground from first delivery to final bump-out. Decisions absorbed rather than escalated. Your team keeps hosting; we keep the machinery turning.
04Contingency & risk
Weather, supplier failure, guest numbers moving, equipment not arriving. Written before the event, not solved during it. The calm on the night is the result of paperwork done weeks earlier.
05Post-event review
Bump-out, hire returns, supplier wrap and a written review your team keeps. What worked, what cost more than it earned, and what to change before the next one.
Engagement

Priced per event for a single occasion, or on retainer where a venue runs a continuous calendar and wants the same hands on every night that matters. Scope is written and agreed before we begin.
